Strength & Stretch class was created for
GNO Fitness by MacKenzie Melton, MS, Kinesiology & Exercise Science. The class
includes dynamic stretching and body weight strength exercises set to music. Classes are 30 & 45 minutes in length.

Social Stretch with Steph is a new 30 minute class at GNO! This class is a slow pace, low music, and low lighting stretch class with a great opportunity to get to know our other members and instructors too. Conversations allowed and encouraged!
SHiNE DANCE FITNESS has cracked the code to create an effective strength program that is both effective and HELLA FUN! In fact, it’s so much fun we know it’ll turn fitness LOATHERS into LOVERS. This isn’t a dance class, however, each routine is choreographed to music and when safety is NOT compromised, you’re likely to find a booty shake or shimmy!
